As COVID-19 continues to evolve with new outbreaks emerging across the globe, at Leibel Insurance Group, we are doing all that we can to do our part in stopping the spread of the virus. We have been committed to being both responsive and responsible, navigating these hard times with everyone’s safety in mind.
Since March 16th, Leibel Insurance Group was amongst one of the first Canadian businesses that reacted to COVID-19. We temporarily suspended walk-in traffic to encourage social distancing, prioritizing our employees’ and clients’ health.
Our leadership teams have spent many years developing the proper steps to take should an emergency like this arise. We have the necessary systems and technologies in place that enable our employees to work remotely. In order to provide our clients with a sense of normalcy, an added benefit of our remote work policy, is that we now have flexible business hours allowing us to service our clients across BC, Eastern Canada and Ontario.
This is a dynamic and evolving situation. As we navigate the changing landscape, we continue to face and address new challenges every day. We will be keeping you informed, as we continue to monitor the situation in the coming days and weeks.
